Do you find yourself in fight or flight? Too many of us are in fight or flight and we don’t even realize it. The effects of being in fight or flight can be damaging in so many aspects. Stress, fight or flight, releases hormones like adrenalin, cortisol, and glucagon into your body and in turn lowers your immune system and increases your risk of heart attack and stroke, among other things. Over time, this fight or flight response to every day problems or perceived problems, take a toll on your body.
Meditation IS the antidote to stress and anxiety.
There is so much going on in the world, so much stress and anxiety. We all feel it. But there are ways that can help us cope and manage our day-to-day thoughts and rituals that will help us cultivate wellbeing in our lives.

During the consultation, we will discuss a wellness plan that will support you on your healing journey.
Payment is required 48 hours before the appointment date, unless it is an emergency.
Herbal remedies are not included in the cost of a consultation and are paid for separately.

Learn how to meditate using the ancient art of Mantra Meditation. Reduce stress, depression and anxiety, sleep better, lower your blood pressure, improve memory and increase gray matter in your brain that correlates to learning and memory. Also cultivate compassion for yourself and others and learn how to love life again.
Everything we say inside our heads becomes our mantra~You get to choose whether you want to infuse beautiful words or negative words.
Mantra~Man means mind; tra~means vehicle or instrument ~ Mantra gives your mind something to play with. Empty your mind? Have you ever tried to truly empty your mind? Doesn't work very well, does it?
Your mind needs something to play with and learning mantra meditation will allow your mind to connect to the mantra and gently release it out into the Universe, allowing the stillness to float in as the mantra flows out.
Using a Mantra stops the negative talk and replaces it with words that connect you with the Divine or God or Spirit, whatever your belief system is, it works.
Mantra meditation is a gentle way to connect to your true Self; the Self in you and the Self in All.

As a davidji certified meditation teacher, I can help guide you how to infuse the practice of meditation into your life. I do believe weaving meditation and herbalism into your daily routine creates a state of holistic well-being into body, mind and spirit.
One of the simplest meditations that davidji taught me was the 16 second meditation. When you need to take a minute, before you respond to someone with anger, take 16 seconds and breathe. Breathe in to the count of 4, hold to the count of 4, exhale to the count of 4 and hold to the count of 4 and release. As I was taught, you weren't doing much thinking in that moment, just breathing and counting. Try it, you'll see how well it works. Take 16 Seconds for yourself now.
This may be included in your herbal consultation or if you are just interested in Meditation, the cost is $44 per hour.
Tarot Readings are $44. A reading could last anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes.
Never had a tarot reading before? Tarot taps into our psyche and offers guidance in every day matters, as well as those questions that are deep within our soul. Questions that sometimes, we don't even know we had, until the reading begins and the cards start telling their story.
At the moment, I am doing readings by phone or in person. Zoom readings coming soon.
Tarot Parties ~ Contact me if interested in booking a tarot reading for your bachelorette party, birthday party or any party! Readings are generally anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes per guest (could go 15) depending on how many guests you have.
Cost is $444 per party. Please reach out and let me know your requirements for time and how many in your party. Pricing could be adjusted accordingly.

Weaving meditation with herbalism creates a truly holistic approach to life's challenges. Finding your true Self through Nature and the Universe's gifts are the doorway to connect with the divinity within you.
I help people learn how to cultivate a daily meditation practice; to help reduce stress and anxiety and increase compassion and love in their lives.
Weaving meditation and herbalism allows me to work with people one on one and help them create a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Before I started meditating, I was stressed out and overwhelmed with my personal and professional life. I was in an unhealthy relationship (with myself) and I felt a little lost in life, like I wasn’t really living my life the way I wanted. I wasn’t fulfilling my dharma, my purpose.
After I started meditating, I began a healthy and loving relationship……with my Self.
Instead of feeling overwhelmed by things that I needed to do on a daily basis or in the future, I began to really understand what it meant to do one thing at a time. As a lifelong multitasker, that was a big one for me.
Just by cultivating a daily meditation practice, I felt more mindful. Mindful, meaning in the present moment and not worried about all the other stuff I had to do. Not that I don't have my moments. Life is full of challenges, but it gets easier to manage every day stress when you cultivate a meditation practice into your daily routine.
I wake up and meditate and allow my daily mantra to infuse my being.
I quietly enjoy my cup of coffee while watching the birds in the morning with my cat.
I enjoy driving to work and feeling the sunshine on my hands as the sun radiates its healing energies through my windshield.
The way I interact with people is calmer and I am much more present when others are speaking. I am learning to hear what they are really saying, beyond the words.
Meditation has helped me become a better version of myself. It’s empowering to know that you can change your life through simple daily practices.
Practicing herbalism is my passion.
It is my dharma, my purpose, to help empower others to be the best version of themselves, by sharing what I have learned through meditation and herbalism.
In the last twenty-five years I have taken classes from Rosemary Gladstar, Paul Bergner, Kiva Rose, Juliet Blankespoor, Rosalee De La Foret, Herbal First Aid with 7Song, Botany with Matthew Wood and Jolie Elan (who sadly passed away far too young) and many teachers I have learned from who have shared through webinars and YouTube video’s like Jim McDonald and now I am currently studying with Sajah Popham. Update, I am also learning from Jim McDonald in his online class "Lindera".
I also love to drum and journey to the plants and spirit guides.
They have so much to teach us. The Bear is a great teacher of mine and I have learned so much more in the last year about why this beautiful Bear has been coming into my dreams my entire life. There are so many signs out there, we just have to pay attention.
Tarot has always been an interest of mine and though I’ve played with it from time to time in the last twenty years, this year I dove right in. Tarot always seemed mysterious, and I didn’t really understand them before now. I feel the Tarot cards truly guide us on our journey to self-discovery and open doors to a new way of thinking and seeing the world.
Spirit is always guiding us, we just need to be willing to open our hearts and minds and let love flow.
